Sales / Account Executive
As a key member of Advertive’s sales force, you will spend most of the time out of the office, meeting prospects, presenting and pitching about Advertive’s self-serve advertising platform and the many features that come with it. You will also liaise with our clients frequently and maintain a long-term relationship with them.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct initial contact with potential prospects
- Meeting new prospects and pitching Advertive’s self-serve platform
- Preparing contracts and Insertion Orders (I/Os)
- Monitor and manage all aspects of daily account performance
- Establish a consistent and collaborative Advertive presence and act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients; escalate, track and solve client issues
- Partner with agency clients to understand end clients’ business goals, marketing objectives, and competitive constraints
- Design and champion innovative, sophisticated strategies and media tactics that uniquely deliver against end-client goals and enable agency partners to deliver exceptional value to their clients
- Contribute to weekly, monthly, and annual client insights and strategy reports
- Manage, train, and mentor one or more Account Planners (as assigned) • Other responsibilities may include conference attendance, industry event attendance, and other substantive activities as we may decide
Required Personal Characteristics & Qualifications
- GCE N/O levels, Business/Marketing Diploma or Degree.
- Sales oriented, able to communicate well over the phone
- Aggressive, all-hands-on-deck mentality
- Demonstrated ability to self-motivate, work in teams and be flexible within a dynamic environment
- Solid verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills with executive level presence (Presentable and Confident)
- Must be able to travel very frequently (Island wide)
- Previous experience in corporate sales / relationship management would be a plus
- Comfortable working in a start-up environment (Long hours, heavy workload, and a high level of efficiency needed)
